Does Islam oppress women ?

In this lecture visual English speaking preacher Abdul Raheem Green about an important topic which is in fact suit but false charge against the Islamic religion is that Islam is unfair to women.

Calling to respond to this charge several answers and shows through the presentation of the historical oppression of women by the State and people of different faiths that Islam is the only religion that gave women the right to a full and raise the prestige and dignity of keeping all faces.
